Because it's public...

It was nice to meet our new interim reporter at the city council meeting; she gave a great summation of the entire meeting, including public use fees and an impromptu political discussion on smoking age.  Based on feedback from my Facebook page, it seems like our citizens don't see the wisdom in it.
